Huawei HarmonyOS Rumors

The Huawei Mate 90 series is expected to launch in October, and a new rumor has now surfaced, revealing the key specifications of the Mate 90 Pro Max.

According to tipster Smart Pikachu on Weibo, the Huawei Mate 90 Pro Max will be powered by the Kirin 9050 Pro chipset, which also powers the company’s recently launched Mate XT 2 Ultimate Design tri-folding phone.

The tipster also claims that the phone will feature a next generation dual-layer OLED display and will be available with an optional privacy screen.

For photography, the Mate 90 Pro Max is said to get a 200MP periscope telephoto camera alongside an upgraded ultrawide camera. The phone is also tipped to feature a new generation Red Maple imaging system.

Previously, the same tipster claimed that the Mate 90 Pro Max would feature a dual telephoto camera setup similar to the Mate 80 Pro Max, but with support for up to 10x optical zoom. The upcoming Huawei flagship is also rumored to feature a near 1 inch primary rear camera sensor.
