Samsung is announcing its latest high-end mobile chipset on November 14. This has been revealed today by the company's official Twitter handle for all things Exynos.
The SoC will power the Galaxy S10 launching next year, and it's expected to be called Exynos 9820. Past rumors have said that it will come with a dual-core NPU, and an octa-core CPU that will be a tri-cluster affair, sporting 2 Samsung-designed Mongoose M4 cores, two ARM Cortex-A76 cores, and 4 efficient ARM Cortex-A55 cores.
The chip will be manufactured using the company's 7nm EUV process. This will deliver up to 50% less power consumption and a 20% gain in performance. The new Exynos chipset will support a 5G modem, which Samsung is also developing (the Exynos 5100). A distinct version of the Galaxy S10 will have 5G capabilities.
Kirin 980 is fast cause the camera doesn’t bush 4K,60fps and 1080P,240fps slow mo and saw in YouTube performance of mate 20 Pro in high intensive gaming like PUBG with ultra resolution and mate 20 Pro perform really bad.
I think the only part Huawei won over the Bionic A12 is for their NPU performance xD
